Who we are
Ubwite Mission
Ubwite Mission House (UMH) was birthed in 2012 by Ms. R. N. Suba who is the founder of the organization.Â
Ubwite is a Bemba name which means a calling upon someone. Ms. suba was moved and touched to serve the lives of the less privileged and the vulnerable children in society such as the circumstantial children (these are the children born in prison while their mothers are under serving their sentences) female inmates and ex- inmate and girl children (juveniles).

Supporting Circumstantial Children
We provide a temporary home for children whose parents, especially mothers, are incarcerated. Our goal is to ensure their well-being through proper nutrition, shelter, healthcare, and education.
Education & Sponsorship
We secure sponsorships to provide quality education for circumstantial children and other vulnerable children, empowering them with knowledge and skills for a brighter future.
Community Awareness & Advocacy
We create awareness about the rights of circumstantial children and the importance of community support in protecting and nurturing them while their parents are incarcerated.
Reintegration & Family Support
We facilitate the smooth reintegration of children into their families once their mothers are released. We continue monitoring their well-being to ensure they thrive in a stable home environment.
Orphan & Vulnerable Child Support
We extend our support to orphaned and vulnerable children, especially girls, by helping them find suitable foster homes and ensuring they receive holistic care and education.
Foster Parenting & Caregiver Training
We train families, caregivers, and foster parents to provide adequate love, care, and support for circumstantial and vulnerable children, promoting stable family environments.
